Terms of Service

By using FlatRide, you accept these Terms of Service. The service is provided by Roam Records ([email protected]). If you do not accept these terms, do not use the service.

FlatRide is a web navigation application that calculates routes while trying to avoid speed bumps and traffic calming features. The service relies on OpenStreetMap data and community reports from users.

To use the service, you must create an account via Google OAuth. You are responsible for the security of your account and all activities carried out through it.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

Users may report speed bumps and traffic calming features on the map. By submitting a report, you confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are not intentionally entering false or misleading data.

We reserve the right to remove reports that are found to be inaccurate or inappropriate.

FlatRide is a navigation assistance tool. We do not guarantee that calculated routes are free of bumps, that data is always up to date, or that the service is available without interruption.

Always obey traffic laws. FlatRide is not responsible for any damage to persons or vehicles resulting from use of the service. The driver is solely and always responsible for their own driving.

The code, design and "FlatRide" brand are the property of Roam Records. Map data is provided by OpenStreetMap under the ODbL license.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the service at any time. In the event of permanent discontinuation, purchased and unused tokens will be refunded.

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court of the consumer user's place of residence, pursuant to the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).
